Charity Campaign Branding & Infographics
The Am I Your Problem? campaign aims to challenge the indifference, hidden discrimination and sometimes outright hostility faced by people with a learning disability or autism on a daily basis. I wanted the brand to be instantly recognisable and to be very personal... putting the audience in the shoes of that person and how they feel isolated by the experience. This is where the concept for the man standing alone came from, distanced from the rest of the community and facing hostility every day. This character always appears in green to improve recognition and identification, linking them to the word problem in the charity branding. This bright green is matched with a very dark navy tone to give the campaign a seriousness to its visual semantics. This brand and styling was used in local press, campaign materials, infographics and awareness videos across the UK.
